WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We’re sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item please send us an email at support@kingbofficial.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with your order number and picture proof of both the incorrect faulty item as well as packaging slip. Failure to report a faulty item within 24 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, we are quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible once the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it.
I NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
No, we do not offer refunds.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been Dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS tracking number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a not found or error message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available for your package when a delivery attempt is made your package will be held at your local USPS office until you request a re-delivery or pick it up yourself.
